We are currently looking for an Administrative and customer service assistant for our Perth Store. Reporting to the Center manager, the Administrative and customer service assistant’s main responsibilities will be to :
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service;
- Manage orders from representatives and customers and ensure follow-up;
- Perform invoicing and merchandise returns;
- Make corrections to accounts receivable;
- Follow up on accounts (accounts and sales);
- Manage the cash register and close batches;
- Answer phone calls;
- Answering emails;
- All other related tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
In addition to share the philosophy of the company base on family values, the employee must have the following qualifications:
- DES and/or administrative technique
- 2 to 5 years experience in a similar position
- Experience in customer service, store management and employee management
- Knowledge of the maple syrup industry (an important asset)
- Good computer knowledge
- Flexible and available (if extra time is needed)
- Good physical ability
- Good team spirit
