Discover new equipment demonstrated on-site, attend expert conferences, explore various booths of partner exhibitors, and take advantage of exclusive promotions!
A Reinvented Journey!
After passing through the welcome pavilion and receiving your CDL-coloured cap, you’ll be charmed by the outdoor evaporators in boiling mode! This year, units operating on renewable energy will be featured. Multiple tanks and silos will complete the outdoor perimeter. Among the new equipment to discover inside our mega tent are our new 100% electric and automated Master-E evaporator, our 100% modular heRO concentrators, our insulated heating tank, and our 2-speed extractor. Some areas will remind you of real maple groves in action, such as those for hobbyists/small producers, the 7500-tap area, and the CDL Intelligence area, while others will showcase all available product ranges. Not to mention the presence of over twenty exhibitors from the maple industry, all in an even larger exhibition site!

At 02:00 PM on Saturday, May 18th, only, on the stage in the dining area, the launch of the 5th volume by maple researcher-author Réjean Bilodeau will take place as a lively discussion on this new work and on Bellechasse’s identity quest as the World Cradle of Maple Technology.
A Festive and Family Atmosphere!
Join us for this gathering event that attracts thousands of maple enthusiasts from across North America and even Europe! Also on-site, musical ambiance provided by the performance of the Magnymontois duo Rock On during the lunch service from 11:30 AM to 01:30 PM, a moment when visitors can enjoy our famous hot dogs for free.
