Modulating draw-off valve with multiple control

CDL modulating draw-off valve with multiple control manages maple syrup draw off automatically with precision and stability. 3 temperature readings are taken simultaneously in 3 different pan compartments.  It will facilitates maple syrup reversing in front pans of evaporators using reversing system options. Also, the multiple temperature readings will allow the operator to anticipate bad maple syrup circulation in front pans and avoid burning them.
